CLINIC MANAGER

at LondonCryo is to manage daily operation of the wellness and recovery location; to make sure it runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively; to train, coach and oversee the team in performing their tasks, observing the standards and following the procedures, and guide the team towards achieving the client acquisition, sales and retention goals. 

 To be the right person for the role of a Clinic Manager, you will need to:

Responsibilities of a Clinic Manager / Team Leader

Key performance indicators

·      Conversion rate (leads to consultation bookings).

·      Total net sales.

·      Average ticket sales per client.

·      Retention rate (returning clients after their packages have expired).

·      Performance as a team member (attitude, responsiveness, and responsibility, as assessed by the owner or supervising senior manager).

Essential qualifications, skills, and personal characteristics

·      Positive, outgoing, respectful, and inclusive personality.

·      Self-motivation and dependability.

·      Min 2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.

·      Leadership skills and experience in managing a team of min 5 people.

·      Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Service orientation and customer focus - ability to observe and listen attentively, to assess needs and find ways to meet them, to troubleshoot and pivot to ensure superb customer experience.

·      Goal orientation.

·      Ability to understand, apply and present data.

·      Persuasiveness and proven track record in sales.

·      Adaptability and resilience.

·      Excellent problem-solving skills.

·      Being able to work under stress, multitask, prioritize, organize, delegate, and manage time and team effectively.

·      Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or related field preferred.

To perform a role of a Clinic Manager / Team Leader, in-depth understanding of LondonCryo brand, market positioning and all services the company provides is also essential.

BEFORE you can fully take the position of a Clinic Manager / Team Leader, you must:

·       Have completed the required training, as per company Training Manual.

·       Have successfully passed all respective tests of knowledge and understanding.

·       Experience all services provided at the wellness center, except if health condition is a contraindication.

·       Demonstrate the ability to independently execute all tasks of the role.

·       Receive owner’s and/or general manager’s approval of readiness for the role.

Description:

  • Welcoming clients and assisting them with the wellness services offered by LondonCryo

  • Assisting clients via phone, promptly responding to important voicemails, and managing the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation processes

  • Onboarding new clients, which includes completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system

  • Conducting tours and promoting service packages and memberships

  • Educating clients about the various services provided by LondonCryo

  • Performing opening and closing procedures

  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees

  • Exemplifying LondonCryo's core values and embodying the mission and vision of the LondonCryo lifestyle

Requirements:

BEAUTY THERAPIST - LEVEL 3 NVQ

We are seeking an enthusiastic beauty and massage Part Time Qualified Beauty Therapist to join our team and deliver the LondonCryo premium level service to clients. 

Ideally qualified to minimum NVQ Levels 2 & 3 or equivalent UK qualifications, with salon experience, you’ll need to be confident in delivering services to clients of all ages and genders and you’ll be passionate about providing the highest standards of customer care. The successful candidate must already hold the required qualifications and have current/recent salon experience.

We offer a huge range of treatments, meaning that the job is extremely varied and no two days are the same. We offer Slimming, Toning, Cryofacials, Lymphatic Drainage and Deep Tissue massage so experience in any of these would also be a bonus but not essential as we offer on the job training for our specialist services. Our skin brand partners are currently Evolve and Circadia. Experience of these would also be helpful but we are committed to ongoing training and for us, finding the right personality is the most important thing. Massage experience is essential and additional qualifications in other massage disciplines, such as sports or lymphatic draiange massage would be ideal, or a willingness to qualify in additional disciplines
