  • Our team will show you to your private Infrared Sauna once you complete your intake form. Before you begin your sauna session, you will want to undress and help yourself to a wrap-around or the towels provided. Next you will select your choice of chromotherapy colour and enter the sauna, where you will spend 25 to 45 minutes. It’s important to drink lots of water before and after you session to ensure you are hydrated. During your Infrared Sauna session, you’ll notice that you’re sweating quite a bit, which will assist the body in detoxifying from toxins and heavy metals. After your sauna session, it is recommended to change into light clothing, since you may continue to sweat even after.

  • Infrared Saunas heat the body by emitting light waves and raising the temperature of the air within the sauna. During the session, your heart rate increases and blood vessels dilate leading to an increase in blood circulation and sweating, as if you have been exercising.
